1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings given below:

• "Platform" — The f977 website, applications, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — Any member registered on the f977 platform.
• "Account" — The personal profile created by registering on f977.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or non-financial incentive provided by f977.
• "Wagering" or "Betting Turnover" — The total bet amount required to make a bonus withdrawable.

Unless the context requires otherwise, the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular. References apply to all genders.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To create an account on f977, users must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification

f977 may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on f977: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposit transactions are generally completed instantly.
• Deposited funds will only be credited to the account from which they were sent.
• Depositing funds through a third party is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

f977 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• f977 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, f977 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.

6. VIP and Loyalty Program

The f977 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to higher tiers depends on your activity on the platform. f977 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at its own discretion.

Cashback funds will also be treated as standard bonuses and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

7. Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

f977 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion (coordinated betting by agreement).
• Betting using automated software, bots, or algorithms.
• Fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Accessing another user's account or transferring an account to a third party.

If any of the above activities are detected, f977 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds and winnings, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless f977 decides to void it due to a technical error.

8.2 Technical Failures
